This is where our story all begins.
My name is Jill Doyle and I am the owner of Petals+Praise. My journey began more than a decade ago when I ran a full time wedding catering, cake, and décor business.
For nearly 10 years I enjoyed working with bridal clients all across Northeast Kansas and Missouri to help them create the perfect menu, design the perfect cake, and decorate the perfect venue for their special day. I had the opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry including florists! It was then that God began planting a seed in my heart for flowers.

Over two years ago I began watering and growing this seed. I started having conversations and surrounding myself with the right people to continue to grow. And on February 1st I officially opened the doors!

We have been so very blessed by the support we have received in our community since day one! It has been an honor to serve and walk alongside each and every one of you. It is our mission here at Petals+Praise to bring joy to all your celebrations through God’s beauty, fresh blooms, and thoughtful faith based gifts! We love being a FULL service flower and gift shop for every stage of life…birthdays, religious celebrations, weddings, anniversaries, funerals, and all the things in between!

I’d like to introduce a very special lady that God placed in my life in His perfect timing that will be helping me continue to grow and nurture what God has given us. Please welcome my friend and partner, Judy Ireland. She is a newly retired teacher of 35 years and has so many wonderful gifts and talents to share. She has a beautiful gift of curating some of the most beautiful arrangements! She also has a beautiful heart that shows up in all her work!
